  • After the 2nd successful payment, you may cancel anytime before the next billing date.

  • Up to 3 retry attempts will be made.
  • If all retries fail, the subscription will be paused until payment is completed.

• No additional shipping fee will be charged during the active subscription cycle unless stated otherwise.

At the moment, our subscription plan is only available for West Malaysia.

The subscription price and free delivery benefits are calculated based on West Malaysia shipping rates.

Due to higher delivery costs, we are currently unable to extend the subscription plan to East Malaysia.

East Malaysia customers are still welcome to purchase via normal orders.

No. Each subscription plan is set for a specific product and size.

To change the size or product, you must cancel your current subscription and start a new one.

We recommend completing the full 4-month subscription to enjoy all benefits, then starting a new subscription with a different size or product in the next cycle.

If you choose to change midway, the new subscription will restart from Month 1, and reward points will not carry over.
